This release includes the addition of two reports that are only available to Party Center Pay customers; the PC Pay Funding Summary and PC Pay Funding Detail reports. These reports are meant to assist with your facility's accounting by providing payment batch information.
We have also added support for processing credit card transactions with a specially encrypted credit card swiper to Party Center Pay. This requires a special account and a particular swiper that must be ordered through us to ensure that it is properly encrypted.
If you are a Party Center Pay customer, you may now use our two newest reports to view your transaction funding information. This includes the information for each payment batch. These reports only display if your facility has an active Party Center Pay account and can be found by navigating to Reports > PC Pay Reports:
The information in these reports was previously only available through your MerchantTrack portal. Transactions can now be reconciled in Party Center Software, and it should no longer be necessary to cross reference MerchantTrack reports to complete your facility's accounting.
The PC Pay Funding Summary report gives a high level view of payment batch information.
Its functionality is summarized in this article.
The PC Pay Funding Detail report give transaction-specific payment batch information.

We've added a new encrypted swiper to the suite of PC Pay hardware devices. If you have a need to process a large number of small transactions quickly, you may want to consider purchasing or leasing the IDTech SecurRED from us. Please note that swiped transactions don't have the same chargeback protection as EMV transactions. If you are interested, please contact our support team to learn more.
