We’re excited to announce the continued expansion of our payment processing capabilities. PC Pay is now available in Canada, extending its reach beyond the United States. In addition, we’ve integrated Stripe as our primary payment provider for all regions outside the U.S. and Canada.
PC Pay in Canada supports Interac, debit, and credit transactions with full EMV device compatibility. Similarly, Stripe supports EMV devices for international markets and offers full 3D Secure (3DS) workflows to ensure secure, compliant transactions.
All existing and upcoming features will support both processors within their respective regions, delivering a consistent and seamless payment experience across the Party Center Software platform.
To get started with either of these payment solutions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager at customersuccess@partycentersoftware.com for a quick and easy onboarding process.
As part of this release, we’ve introduced enhancements to the EMV payment workflow, giving users greater flexibility and control over tip prompts. You can now choose when to prompt for a tip on the EMV device, rather than being required to interact with the tip screen during every transaction.
Previously, the tip prompt was displayed by default, and users had to manually bypass it. With this update, transactions can be completed more efficiently, while still allowing teams to prompt for tips when it’s most appropriate.
