Historic Occurrences:
Date/Time: 11/20/2021 11:51 AM PST
Issue Summary: A query related to the number of days loaded on the schedule page cause a spike in the CPU usage and made the software unreachable for all users temporarily.
Resolution: We deployed an update to the query to execute against the Read-Only database to free up CPU resources at which time the system began to stabilize and become usable again. We also issued a patch to the software to reduce the total number of days available to be selected for review; this will prevent such an issue from reoccurring in the future.

Date/Time: 5/6/2022 7:45 AM PDT
Issue Summary: We experienced an outage of card-present payment processing services that resulted in declining transactions. MOTO and Virtual Terminal transactions were unaffected.
Resolution: We reached out to our team at Fullsteam and found that the triPOS platform was experiencing server issues which were the source of the problem. At 8:15 AM PDT we started to see improvements as a result of redirecting server traffic. By 10:30 AM PDT the issues were completely resolved and processing returned to normal.
